3. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS AND PAYMENT

3.1 We will commence supplying our services to you as soon as you accept these Terms. Unless you and Natural Success Principles, LLC agree otherwise, you will not be able to cancel these Terms under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction once the supply of the services has been commenced. 3.2 Joining BotToBank.com is subject to a fee which is provided on our website. 3.3 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. 3.4 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you. 3.5 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at any time up to the dispatch of that order or any related items. 3.6 We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice. 3.7 Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in USD. 4. REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION

4.1 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Bot To Bank (Robotic Revenue) memberships come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your first payment and we will refund every membership payment charged during that 60-day window, including the $1 first-month trial payment and any $47 monthly payments.

4.2 How to request a refund. Email jack@bottobank.com or use our contact page at https://bottobank.com/contact/, using the email address you joined with. You do not need to give a reason, although we appreciate feedback. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you purchased through a third-party platform such as WarriorPlus or ThriveCart, the refund is processed through that platform.

4.3 Cancel anytime. Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription ($1 for the first month, then $47 per month) with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, either with the cancel link in your purchase receipt email or by emailing jack@bottobank.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

4.4 After 60 days. Once 60 days have passed since your first payment, you can still cancel at any time to stop future charges, but payments for past months are not refunded.

4.5 Access to the membership ends when a refund is issued.

4.6 If you have a billing problem, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Refund requests made to us within the 60-day window are honored as described above.

4.7 This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP; NO RETURNS

5.1 Bot To Bank is a digital membership delivered online. Nothing is shipped to you, so there is no returns procedure and no postage to pay. Refunds are handled under Section 4.

5.2 If we ever sell a physical product, its shipping and return terms will be stated clearly on that product’s sales page.

6. GENERAL

6.1 We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated, any new features including new content and/or the sale of new Products/ Services shall be subject to these terms and conditions. 6.2 These terms set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and BotToBank.com. 6.3 We reserve the right to change these Subscription Terms at any time, without giving notice to you. 6.4 Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address at the end of these Subscription Terms by email confirmed by post. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. 6.5 Nothing in these Subscription Terms shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term of these Subscription Terms. 6.6 Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects your rights as a consumer.

7. SEVERABILITY

7.1 The foregoing paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses of these Terms shall be read and construed independently of each other. Should any part of this agreement or its paragraphs or sub-paragraphs or clauses be found invalid it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, sub-paragraphs, and clauses.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

8.1 These Terms of Supply of Goods and Services are governed by the courts of USA 8.2 The Courts of USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from relating to, a visit to our website although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
